National Library Week


It's that time of year again! April is a busy month for libraries, and it's the perfect time to drop in and visit. Here's a look at some of the "holidays" libraries around the nation are celebrating:

April is National Poetry Month and School Library Month
April 8 - 14 is National Library Week
April 10 is National Library Workers Day
April 12 is Support Teen Literature Day

Pajama Stories

Brown Library presents:
Pajama Stories

Saturday, April 14th, 2012
10:30 - 11:00 a.m.


This free program is suitable for children, 3 - 10 years old, accompanied by a grown-up. Kids are encouraged to wear their pajamas and bring a stuffed toy friend.

Happy Easter from Brown Library!

The library will be closed Friday, April 6th, in observance of Good Friday, and Sunday, April 8th, in observance of Easter.

We will be open Saturday, April 7th, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. as usual. We will reopen on Monday and resume normal operating hours.
