Pajama Story time!

Bring your 3 - 10 year-old child for bedtime stories, milk, and cookies.

Thursday, February 10th, 7:00 pm

Children are encouraged to wear their pajamas and bring a favorite stuffed toy!

Brown Library Closed for Martin Luther King, Jr. Day

In observance of Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, Brown Library will be closed on Monday, January 17th, 2011. We will reopen on Tuesday, January 18th, 2011, at 11 a.m. and resume normal operating hours.

2011 FOBL Book Sale

The winter booksale hosted by the Friends of the Brown Library is right around the corner! It will he at the Washington Civic Center once again, just right down the road from Brown Library. Here are the upcoming dates:

Thursday, January 20th, 5:30 pm to 8:00 pm

This day is reserved for members of the Friends of the Brown Library only!

Friday, January 21st, through Saturday, January 22nd, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm

These days are open to the public.

Sunday, January 23rd, 12:00 noon to 3:00 p.m.

The last haul - the books-by-the-bag day! This day is open to the public as well.

If you would like to get into the booksale for the special "members only" day, you can sign up at any time at Brown Library, or you can sign up at the door.
